A beautiful corner apartment in the very trendy and ever popular area the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham City Centre. Situated in this very modern and friendly apartment block this is a light, airy and quite apartment for all kinds of travellers.

Jewellery Quarter train station is 0.3 miles away, with one tube stop to Grand Central Station you are a stones throw away from the buzz of Birmingham City Centre.

The apartments in the surrounding blocks are occupied with professionals working in Birmingham City Centre. In respect of these tenants we do not allow parties or loud music here, quite guests are expected. If 24 hour security have to knock on your door for you to be quite your deposit money will not be returned as we have to pay a fine too.

The Space

This spacious and new 2 bedroom apartment is a corner apartment located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building accessed via code entry. There is a lift. The apartment has fast speed WiFi is available at no extra cost throughout the apartment.

We have supplied a SMART TV to serve your in-house entertainment needs and a fully equipped kitchen to serve up those tasty meals. There are also washer/dryer, ironing board and iron.

There are 2 double beds and a double airbed to accommodate 6 people.

Guests have access to everything in the apartment.

As this is a quite residential area in the heart of the City, the residents living in neighbouring apartments prefer low noise levels. For this reason we do not allow parties or loud music at the apartments. Furthermore, all apartments indoor are strictly no smoking areas.
